From there, we assign some simple, efficient daily exercises to supplement the Bootcamp Sessions. Next? Nutrition planning. No, we don't give you a general sample for any Joe or Suzie. Together we go over EXACTLY what you're to eat. Finally, off to local grocery store. Our mission? To overtake this hostile territory with a well executed plan to find the tastiest, most nutritious foods to fit into your plan.

Weigh-ins will happen once per week, bodyfat pinches every two weeks, and tape measures once a month, to pinpoint successes and room for improvement and keep you on track.
